Pershing County High School is a member of the AA Conference of the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association (NIAA) and participates in both varsity and junior varsity levels.  Students may participate in the following athletic programs: Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Wrestling, Baseball, Softball and Track.

•  Teams regularly qualify for zone and state championship playoffs.
• Students receive athletic awards and recognition at three evening programs held throughout the year.
• Over the past five years, an average of over 60% of the student body has participated in at least one extracurricular activity per year.

We also particpate in the Special Olympics
