Pershing County School District (PCSD) is located in a rural community approximately 90 miles north east of Reno, Nevada on Interstate 80. The main district office is located in Lovelock, Nevada. We educate over 700 students in 4 schools. At PCSD student achievement is our number one priority and we have many innovative and exciting happenings.

Pershing County School District students have direct Internet access for educational purposes. Parents must notify the
Principal's office in writing if they do not wish for their children to participate in this activity. For additional information and forms related to Internet usage, please click HERE
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE PRACTICE:
The schools use video cameras on district property to ensure the health, welfare and safety of all staff, students and
visitors to district property, and to safeguard district facilities and equipment. Video cameras may be used in locations
as deemed appropriate.
The district shall notify staff and students through this publication that video surveillance may occur on district property. Video recordings may become a part of a student’s educational record or a staff member’s personnel record. The district shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws related to record maintenance and retention. Students or staff in violation of Board policies, administrative regulations, building rules or law shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action. Others may be referred to law enforcement agencies.
